Hello! I'm Sara Preston! I'm head over heels in love with my husband Dan! We have three kids who are both precious and obnoxious at the same time. I only have one book available now, but that should soon be changing! I have two in the editing process that I am planning on releasing this year. Another I'm currently writing and hopefully will have ready for edits soon! And I have a novella that will be released as part of an anthology at the end of the year!
I love to connect with readers. My books all have a realistic tone and there's always a problem. I like to tie romance in with things like mental health and family issues. My first book is loosely based on my relationship with my husband. He has a variety of mental health issues the main one being bipolar. It's a rough road to love when you're dealing with mental health issues, but it can be so rewarding as well. I like to show that in my books.
If You Only Knew: (released April 27, 2015)
Julian Vitalli is a pharmaceutical botanist researching medicinal marijuana to aid cancer patients and to help manage his bipolar disorder. With two ex-wives under his belt, love was the last thing he was looking for when it crashed outside his house.
Liza Thomas started as a case manager, because she wanted to help people. She lost her childhood best friend to the foster care system and wanted to make a difference. Now she found herself frustrated with the system and not enough hours in the day to help everyone. Love was the last thing on her mind the night of the accident, which led to a whirlwind romance and unexpected pregnancy.
Can a man fighting bipolar disorder and a woman with the heart the size of Indiana work through their issues and become the family they always wanted?
Play It Again: (due out June 22nd, 2016)
Trevor Vitalli’s plan involved a life in the military. A knee injury changed that. Honorably discharged now he’s waiting for his medical release to start his new life as a conservation officer.
All Dr. Arianna Halsey knows of love and family is loss. Bereaved yet again, she and her fifteen-year-old daughter move to Indiana to make a fresh start.
The attraction between the two is instantaneous. Can Arianna work through her trust issues and learn to love again? Can Trevor, Arianna, and her daughter adjust to life’s hiccoughs . . . and find their way to happiness?
